Default Challenge to Stay "On Plan" For the Month - January 2015

I am challenging myself to stay 100% OP for the entire month of January. I have set a goal to lose 7 pounds and the only way I can reach this goal is to stay OP every day this month.

I plan to:
1. Exercise at least 4 times each week
2. Drink at least 6 glasses of water each day
3. Stay within my calorie range and eat more whole foods and less processed foods
4. Limit my sugar intake
5. Post on 3FC daily and write down everything I eat


Anyone who'd like to challenge yourself to stick with your plan for the entire month, feel free to join in.

S: pear clementine
L: greens, Shake & Bake chicken breast

Hello gettingfit- I would like to join your challenge.

My goals are:

Workout a minimum 3 days per week
Lose 5 pounds for the month of January
Stay on program for the whole month
And meditate every night

I sorta lost my way at the beginning of the year but I am struggling to get back on track.

L: Lean Cuisine, 3 Dove Dark Chocolates
S: Decaf coffee w/flavored creamer, 2 Graham crackers
D: Baked chicken breast, mixed veggies,
