I am glad to get out of 2014. 2015 is the new year. I want to get into wonderland. I plan to get back into wogging.(walk/jogging) going to walk in January then start c25k. I also want to get stronger in my yoga and start weightlifting.
January goals. Walk 5 days a week. Weightlift 2 days a week. Yoga weekly class and 1-2 days practice on my own. Plank challenge. Meditate 5 minutes daily. Eat 5 colors/day and track calories, no more soda. Lose 6 lbs this month.
