We are kicking weights hinny with this week and I have had a hiccup each night most of the week cake, pizza, chips trying to pull it back in before I mess up two much. I also need to get back to the gym.

I am having so much trouble with my water intake, I just domt seem to drink enuf fluids. I only drink water but not enuf. Any helpful tips?? I am wearing my fitbit and counting steps but am not getting enough exercise. I cant do much until the dr checks me out. I am keeping on plan with my food, hopefully I can begin exercising, I feel tnat I should have lost more.
I am glad to get out of 2014. 2015 is the new year. I want to get into onderland. I plan to get back into wogging.(walk/jogging) going to walk in January then start c25k. I also want to get stronger in my yoga and start weightlifting.
January goals. Walk 5 days a week. Weightlift 2 days a week. Yoga weekly class and 1-2 days practice on my own. Plank challenge. Meditate 5 minutes daily. Eat 5 colors/day and track calories, no more soda. Lose 6 lbs this month.

Ok, I'm curious about what everyone is doing as far as exercise.
I haven't been to water aerobics (MUCH EASIER ON THE KNEES!) since the beginning of Dec but plan to start back on Monday. I am also in week 4 of C25K but I'm looking to add something to condition my upper body, arms and abs.....at least that's where I want to start. Just looking for suggestions from people that will tell you the good, the bad and the ugly.
Down another .2 this morning! Hoping to keep it going but I'm going out to dinner, tonight. I'll stay OP and not go crazy but the sodium is an issue. Gonna see some water weight come back, I'm sure. But, as long as that's all it is, I think I can handle it. Remind me of that when I'm crying over it!!! But, it's a much needed date night with my hubby!
A little late to the party but I am in! This year I would like to get into Onederland! That gives me a need to lose 109 pounds over the rest of the year. I have started going back to the gym and started getting more exercise and also am being more careful of what I am eating. I am down 8 pounds since my last doctors office visit (end of November) so it is a bit of a start. My scale does not register my weight right now so I checked at the gym yesterday for my start weight. My scale last showed me a number at 304 so I am close to seeing regular numbers there!

Jb 1975 I have just been walking and doing yoga. Yoga is great upper body work. You spend a lot of the class in downward dog. I plan on c25k in a month.
Look at everyone go!!! School starts up again next week for me. I planned my schedule so I can get up and get to the school gym at 8ish and work out and have time to shower before 10am classes m-th. The following week the classes start and I want to do 2-3 a week as well. Time to get my butt into gear exercise-wise, no excuses!
My goal for this year is to not only get to my goal but to be successful in maintenance and stay there. I reached my goal of 145 previously and then gained back to 1 pound shy of where I started. So my goal is not to abandon my healthy lifestyle once I reach a certain number on the scale.

I haven't done it yet though. Yesterday was almost a great day waterwise. I drank 7 cups of water. Today so far only 1 cup, but I'll do better. We'll do better soon.

Sue, I didn't do so well with my eating last week, luckily I am only up .4. It probably would have been worse had I not pulled it together yesterday
Jill, I use all of the walking and lifting I do at work for exercise. I get a ton of steps in most days. for hubby dates Way to go on week 4

I'm not hungry I just want something and I don't know what I have lots of ideas of course but none are OP (on point or on plan) so I'll just fill up on water and be safe, maybe some tea since it's almost my bedtime
