I'm a little late, but I gotta get something going here.
I'm so out of whack when it comes to fitness. I haven't worked out in like 3 months. On top of it, the holidays WRECKED my diet, so I am just all over the place. One foot in front of the other though!

I just want to do 20 mins of activity 5 days out of the week. That's it!

Week 1; 1/10-16
Day 1: Jillian Micheal's Kickbox Cardio - 20 mins
Day 2: Jillian Micheal's Kickbox Cardio - 20 mins
Day 3: Rest!
Day 4: Jillian Micheal's Kickbox Cardio - 20 mins
Day 5: Rest - 30 min walk
Day 6: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 1 - 30 mins
Day 7: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn it Off - 30 mins

Week 2; 1/17-1/23
Day 1: Rest
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 2 - 30 mins
Day 5: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Intervals - 40 mins
