I'd like to put my goal. Work out at least 4 days and maintain 1200 calorie diet during the week.

I'm a little late, but I gotta get something going here.
I'm so out of whack when it comes to fitness. I haven't worked out in like 3 months. On top of it, the holidays WRECKED my diet, so I am just all over the place. One foot in front of the other though!

I just want to do 20 mins of activity 5 days out of the week. That's it!
