I'm 5"4 and I shoot for 1500 per day, which gets me about a pound a week loss. I also run 4x per week. I can certainly see where being so close to 5 feet and being sedentary might make it hard to lose at anything more than 1200.
I mentioned the calories because I have a point where my calories are too low and I seem to lose all ability to control my eating. Usually it's when I'm running. I try hard to stick to 1500, but if I burn 800 running, I just can't do it.
I hope it gets better for you. I know how frustrating it can be.
As far as my computer goes, it seems I must be hanging out in a seedy part of the internet because I picked up something called ransomware. Your files are encrypted and the hacker extorts money from you to unlock your files.
Of course that's not happening. So it looks like I'll be using my phone for the short term.
