    Well, since 2/1/15 is my birthday, my bday goal will be to lose about 7 lbs.

    1/1/15: 197.2
    2/1/15 goal: 190 (-7.2)

    After weeks at the same weight range... whoosh! 3 lbs overnight and 4.5 for the week. Go figure.

  • Scales were kind today! Almost back to my Christmas low!!! Can't wait to get beyond that point as I feel, until then, I am just catching up. I want some "new" weight loss!!

    Dangit. I should've been 171 today (SO CLOSE TO OUT OF THE 170s!) but I didn't get nearly enough sleep and had to get up early. My weight is so predictable re: that stuff. Boo. Also, I'm going back home (another state) for a couple days tomorrow, and I won't be tracking my food. So I imagine I'll have a couple pounds to re-lose when I return, since I'm going to be eating all the stuff I can't get here. I don't expect to reach my 165 goal by Feb 1. But I'll take whatever I do get!

    Not gonna make it. Keep binging. Hoping to do better from here on out! 700 cals today but night weight was 148.8 so not optimistic for tomorrow morning's weigh in.

    Maybe you're struggling with bingeing because your calories are so low. 700 calories a day usually only done with medical supervision. If you are medically supervised, please forgive me if I sound out of line.

    Just something to consider.
  • Thanks Streudel! I usually do about 900 which is where I ended up yesterday. I am short and sedentary and I just don't lose at 1200, even gain a little! I am aware it is low, but it's the only way something happens. I guess you are not too much taller...how much do you eat?

    Well, this was a flop!! I've readjusted my Valentine's Day goal twice (214 to 219 and now 222) and I'm still not thinking I'm going to make my goal of 222, even though I'm FINALLY moving!!!
