Hey everyone! Awesome goals :)

Well, since 2/1/15 is my birthday, my bday goal will be to lose about 7 lbs.

1/1/15: 197.2
2/1/15 goal: 190 (-7.2)

Scales were kind today! Almost back to my Christmas low!!! Can't wait to get beyond that point as I feel, until then, I am just catching up. I want some "new" weight loss!!

Not gonna make it. Keep binging. Hoping to do better from here on out! 700 cals today but night weight was 148.8 so not optimistic for tomorrow morning's weigh in.

Maybe you're struggling with bingeing because your calories are so low. 700 calories a day usually only done with medical supervision. If you are medically supervised, please forgive me if I sound out of line.

Just something to consider.

Thanks Streudel! I usually do about 900 which is where I ended up yesterday. I am short and sedentary and I just don't lose at 1200, even gain a little! I am aware it is low, but it's the only way something happens. I guess you are not too much taller...how much do you eat?

Well, this was a flop!! I've readjusted my Valentine's Day goal twice (214 to 219 and now 222) and I'm still not thinking I'm going to make my goal of 222, even though I'm FINALLY moving!!!

I'm 5"4 and I shoot for 1500 per day, which gets me about a pound a week loss. I also run 4x per week. I can certainly see where being so close to 5 feet and being sedentary might make it hard to lose at anything more than 1200.

I mentioned the calories because I have a point where my calories are too low and I seem to lose all ability to control my eating. Usually it's when I'm running. I try hard to stick to 1500, but if I burn 800 running, I just can't do it.

I hope it gets better for you. I know how frustrating it can be.

As far as my computer goes, it seems I must be hanging out in a seedy part of the internet because I picked up something called ransomware. Your files are encrypted and the hacker extorts money from you to unlock your files.
Of course that's not happening. So it looks like I'll be using my phone for the short term.
