Here are the rules : The fastest to shed 2 % of their body weight wins. To calculate 2 % just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest 0.1/0.2 lbs (which ever your scale shows). Winner starts the new thread!

Jb1975 Thanks! I'm more used to kgs. Oh, and don't be upset with the weight variation.... i plot a graph with my daily weights and it's filled of ups and downs! If you don't do this you could try it. It really helps.
