  • I am definitely seeing results, although I think that is a product of doing this challenge along side my new workout routine which is weightlifting while doing squats, lunges, deadlifts. My backside is looking AWESOME haha.

  • Ok, count me in ladies! I am on day 3. I am also like xRiotGirl and incorporating this into my other exercise/training program. Had before and after pics taken, so should be looking good for Halloween!
  • Checking in to see how everyone is doing with the Booty Challenge! I am 1/3 done and starting day 11 today. I am beginning to feel my butt muscles more when I am laying down...
  • Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been updating, life is busy.

    I kind of tweaked the schedule for myself, because I didn't have a '30 Day Challenge' lined up for after this one. So, I stretched it out and made it last a little longer. Today I did 80 bridges, ouch!! But only a week left for me (including rests), and on the last day I will finish strong with 100. Holy moly.
  • It looks like this thread has slowed down a little, but I wanted to join in anyway! Thanks for posting this challenge; I've done bridges before, but I'd never even thought about glute bridges.
