Sept 17 - 30 minutes Sept 18 - 30 minutes Sept 19 - 0 Sept 20 - 130 minutes (includes 50 min of strength training) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Sept Goal #1 - 800 minutes - MET Sept Goal #2 - 8 strength training sessions (2 x a week) Sept Goal #3 (new) - 350 more additional minutes - 159 minutes left. This is doable. Sept Goal #4 (new) - 350 additional minutes, to bring new grand total to 1500.
