Here are the rules : The fastest to shed 2 % of their body weight wins. To calculate 2 % just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest 0.1/0.2 lbs (which ever your scale shows). Winner starts the new thread!
I'm so upset at this. This isn't just a "water" I'm sure. I binged emotionally yesterday and don't even want to know how many calories over. Then I didn't work out... then purged. This morning, seeing the scale up so high when I fought so hard to get to 184... I'm mad at myself. I'm trying to redirect emotion to working out, walks, or showers. But... yesterday... I don't know what happened. I just went crazy again.
Lets see if I can get it to drop soon. I'm hoping sodium and bloated from what I ate, give it a few days, I'll hopefully be back to my low where I started.
07-23 : 146 lbs

07-26 : 148 lbs Had thai food, beer and wine with colleagues. I don't think I hate too much, but it was much more than the few skimpy meals I have been taking lately. Acidic white wine and spicy food triggered an interstitial cystitis attack which means inflammation and water retention.
Tonight, I have a garden party. I will try to keep it light.
