Honestly! I keep going up! Food is perfect, I track and measure everything, I drank all my water and I ran the other day! BAH! And it continues to go UP daily, where is the drop!

I'm putting the scale away until Sunday and going to do the Shred today, let's hope there is a drop come Sunday!

I think this is my new fact of life! I couldn't stay away from the scale this morning so I gave in and weighed myself. BOOM! Drop. I made a graph of my log ins so far and so far I have a big drop, slowly gain anywhere from .6-1lb, then a big drop again! Well... it's going DOWN so next time it goes slowly up, I'll just expect the drop to come a few days later. XD

I keep a monthly chart of my loss too. It's amazing how cyclical our bodies are. My pattern is usually 1-2 lbs up for 3-4 days, then the next 5 down will be in the span of a week to a week and a half, usually without an uptick. Rinse and repeat.

If it weren't for my chart I'd give up. I'll log it and think "at least it's a downward pattern."

Waiting for my Whoosh again.

Yeah, the chart's a real lifesaver. Otherwise I'd be pretty bent about 3 lbs. up. It's TTOM and I've been working out harder than usual. I'll probably start whooshing in a couple of days. :)
