Honestly! I keep going up! Food is perfect, I track and measure everything, I drank all my water and I ran the other day! BAH! And it continues to go UP daily, where is the drop!

CW:184.4 (-1.2) GW: 180.6 I think this is my new fact of life! I couldn't stay away from the scale this morning so I gave in and weighed myself. BOOM! Drop. I made a graph of my log ins so far and so far I have a big drop, slowly gain anywhere from .6-1lb, then a big drop again! Well... it's going DOWN so next time it goes slowly up, I'll just expect the drop to come a few days later. XD |
