Yeah, bloating sucks.

I also don't want to change my ticker when the scale moves up, I figure I'll move it up only if the scale stays up or goes more up for a week. That's my rule..........

I left mine at 160 something for so long because I kept bouncing back and forth but this challenge with my son has got my head straight for now ;)

skittles it wasn't really until I started doing the 5:2 diet which is also like calorie cycling. In the past every time I hit a plateau I would cycle my calories to shake things up and it worked. So far so good with this as long as I stick with it. If I ate/eat like I am supposed to I would definitely be at goal by now. It's just crazy how easy it is to fall off the wagon. :dizzy:

ETA: I was out of the 160's in early June and blew it. Went back up to 167, then back down to 160 at the end of the month, smh.

I get close sometimes, it makes me want to run or drink more water in hoping of squeezing out .6 more lbs! XD I wonder if either of us will either win?

You have no idea how annoyed I was with the scale this morning trying to get that last .2 pounds off! SO CLOSE! But, I'll be away this weekend and my lowest weight for the week is usually on Fridays, so no worries, I will not be getting to that 5 pound mark anytime soon - you all have another week to catch up LOL
