Oops-- forgot this past Sunday to weigh in. I have been dealing with some sinusitis and had to go to Dr. the other day for antibiotics. Will be more on top of it this week.

I weighed in a bit higher than I have been the last few days, and that is fine--I haven't been working out . Trust me that doesn't sound odd, but for me it is, since I started this journey I have rarely taken breaks from sweating . I should go back down to my recent lows tomorrow, but I am sincerely excited about dropping to new lows and am challenging myself to be in the 160's by the end of September. Those will be numbers I am sure that I have never seen in my adult life .
