So I've decided to join the May Challenge. I wasn't sure if I was going to but I bought a bunch of prenatal workout videos and they look fun. So my May exercise goal is: 30 miles 13 workout videos Thanks Joy!! |

I'm just updating my initial post, but I am finding this challenge is actually making me walk and do stuff even when I don't want to - like yesterday.
I need to mow really, really, really bad... That will be the bulk of my exercise today - pushing an electric mower through tall grass - that and walking to and from school twice to pick up the kiddo. |

But again, I always start well. I hope I last trough the whole month. I have to train for a 5km (3mile) run on May 31st I signed up for. |
I don't really have a goal other than to do some exercise three or four times a week. I like to come here and post about what I did so that I can be accountable to at least do SOMETHING.
So far this week, I walked two miles on Sunday night. |
