Monday: Walked 3 miles Tuesday: Walked 3 miles Wednesday: Walked 4 miles Thursday: Walked 3 miles with weighted vest and ankle weights, did Bosu squats Friday: Walked 2 miles with weighted vest and ankle weights Saturday: Walked 2 miles Yay! I walked every day this week! First time I have had time for that since the kids were little and I used to push them in the stroller every day. :carrot: |

I've been to the gym twice more since I last posted for a total of 4 times out of my goal of 8 this month (plus the two induction sessions). Have an appointment booked tomorrow to set up a routine for my workouts - looking forward to being able to cut out a couple of the cardio machines and hopefully get lots of rowing scheduled in there!

Sunday: Bosu squats, regular squats, stretching/yoga
I hurt my back so I laid around in bed most of the day yesterday. Got up to do about a half hour of yoga/stretching. By nighttime I felt good enough to do my squats. |
Not sure I'm going to make my heavy lifting goal this month. Had to take a break because of back muscle injuries, and I'm not starting it back up for another couple weeks to give my back time to really heal.
