April Weight Loss Challenge
 
Whether your hemisphere is moving into spring (Northern) or fall (Southern), April is a terrific month for making changes toward a healthy lifestyle. The monthly weight loss challenge is a great place to track your progress in April and, then, follow through with each monthly thread for the rest of the year.

State your goal for April and join a supportive and encouraging group to help you meet it. We will compile our goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

So I am really excited to write that I am going for my MAIN goal this month. :carrot:

I am 3.8 lbs away from my final goal (for now)! I've actually only been losing an average of a little over 2 lbs a month in 2014, so not sure if I'll get there, but I'm definately going to try :D

Starting weight 200.8, Goal weight 192. Just over 8lbs should be doable. More importantly I want to see a reduction in inches when I meet with my personal trainer on April 15th for measurements.
