Okay, so I am resigned to the fact that i will not make goal...may not even get near it...but I will push on and keep trying. I did get a walk in with hubby past two nights. Think it's going to take much more than that.:kickbutt:

Well, I'm glad to see a number go down. I know weight fluctuates by water and such, and we may be losing inches when we are not losing lbs, but i also measured myself and no inches lost. What is going on?? lol I have started a different workout along with weights, so we shall see!

It's been awhile since I've checked in. I went home to see family for Easter and managed to maintain my weight with only a slight blip up. Unfortunately, I woke up this morning to bloat, cramps, and TOM along with additional weight. Only thing to do is keep moving forward! I give myself no other choice.

I had an off plan week due to retirement parties and after work appointments (no gym) so i haven't "recovered" from my Easter splurge. I'm hosting a dinner party Saturday night but am otherwise committed to an "on plan" weekend. Incidently my gym is having a "wrap" party for the boot camp i attended and I hear they are bringing in food and alcohol. It strikes me as a bit funny to indulge at the gym!!!

Woodstock, my Turbo Kick instructor does the same thing at the conclusion of each season. The only difference is that she brings these ginormous cookies from one of our local bakeries. The irony is not lost on any of us, yet we all still take a cookie with seemingly no guilt or shame :dizzy:

Passed my goal at the last possible second!!!! :) I had a big whoosh and dropped down 2 pounds below my goal. I'm not complaining. That plateau that was most of my month of April. I figured out that I had upped my calories too much trying to figure out my activity level. So I dropped it back to where I already was and the weight finally started coming off :)

That makes me really happy! I have had the worse week every, I have been eating horrible, I got so frustrated with my boss at work I quit my job after working there for 7years, etc etc the only positive this is my mom made me keep going to the gym in the mornings and walks in the evening. She wants me to be successful; and so do I, I just need to get out of this little slump

Went camping over the weekend for the first time this year and had lots of fun! Didn't eat the greatest, but did do some walking to try and compensate. Then Sunday I left for an overnight conference. Went to Southern Illinois wine country...so I'll be paying for the effects of that for a few days. I am not going to make goal...and currently am over where I started...but there's a new month coming!
