Had a few cold ones (hoping to trick my body into letting SOMETHING go). On the good side, bought me some new running shoes..hoping that will help with my recent shin splints so I can get walking again! |

Hmmm, my weight bounced back up to 139.4 this morning. I'm sure it's just because I ate a ton of veggies yesterday, though. The excess weight will, ummm, "pass". lol
