  • Thanks for posting this, Joy! Just got cleared for more strenuous exercise, so I'm starting Couch to 5k. Goal for March: Finish the first four weeks of c25k.
  • Goal is to walk 14km one day.
    Bike 20km in one day.
    Run/walk 5 km....maybe!

    At least 500 minutes walking, 1000 meters elevation for the month.
    At least 10km c25k or run/walk intervals each week in March.
    Cycling each day. Conquer some hills.
    Strength training - squats and wall pushups
  • My March goal is to complete weeks 9-12 of Bob Greene's 12 week program
  • Thanks Joy for puttin this on again !! I've sort-of toned down the workouts for the next couple months. No time for the double ups anymore.

    350 minutes exercise/week. Start with personnel trainer. 14500average steps day.
  • Since March is longer than February, I'm going to increase my monthly goal from 1400 minutes to 1500 and see how I do.

  • I'm going to be MIA for two weeks due to holidays but I'm in for the rest of the month. Due to being MIA, I'm going to set a smaller goal.
