  • I'm back -- putting up for the same 4 lbs again!!
  • Since February's goal of Weighing, Writing a plan, and Writing a post (3Ws) worked well for me, I'm going to try another behavioral goal for March. I'm going to score my on-plan-ness each day and I'm aiming for 80% or better every day this month.

    March goal: 80%OP or better, each day
  • I'm in
    I'd like to lose 1,2kg this month to get below 76kg. I will check in daily with exercise and calories, and my weigh-in day will be Sunday.

  • Goal for March: 3 lb weight loss and strengthen abs

    (doesn't sound like a lot, but I am pretty close to goal)
  • March 1 - 158.6 - after treat day so up a bit

    Goal lose 8.7 to get into the 140s

    My goal is to see 149.9 or less at some point during the month, it looks like a lot today, and probably more tomorrow as it feels like TOM might be coming to visit...but I didn't have a loss at the end of Feb and it was treat day yesterday, so my start weight is a little higher than normal.

    Another goal I have is to hopefully not see 16x.x this month, if I do that and don't make 14x,x I'll consider that a success as well. Tomorrow will prob. determine if I make that one

    Wishing everyone much success! Just coming here this month is a success, think of how many New Year's resolutions are long forgotten, we keep making new ones each month.

  • My goal for the month is to be in the 150s. That'll be a bit over six pounds, so kind of ambitious for me, but it's something to shoot for anyway.

    My March goal is to be solidly in the 170s. By that I mean being able to go to bed in the 170s and waking up in the morning STILL in the 170s and not crossing over into the 180s!

  • 3/1:No scale today since im at a friends house but still keeping up on the eating right i'll weigh in when i get home
