Hi there everyone! I'm new to the forum & would like to participate in this challenge. I am really focusing on long-term lifestyle changes in addition to weight/fat loss, so I love love LOVE the idea of this being a year-long challenge that is broken up over the 12 months.

My goal for Challenge 2 will be to reach: 161 lbs
(My challenge 2 time period is 2/23 - 4/20)

I have had a tough couple of weeks - was 152 for ages, then V-day weekend came along an sent it up a couple of pounds, even though I didn't think I was that naughty. But finally today it has come down!

Bad start of the diet; lots of stress and binge eating My walking plans were also spoiled by the weather.

Had a better start today and did a nice half hour of walking with the dogs, so this week is looking better!

I dropped my calories from 2000 to 1900 and exercised very consistently, and it paid off - 3.2 pounds! Next week I'll stick with the calories and work on Couch to 5k, plus some extra walking. I doubt I'll get another huge loss, but if I can get another pound or two I'll be happy.
