That's what I get for drinking 32oz of water right before weighing in. Heh. But even considering that, it's still almost an 8-lb loss, so I'm happy.

I lost a whopping 4 pounds, not even close to the 15 pounds I planned on losing. That goal was too lofty, I know, but 4 pounds was pathetic. I know where I went wrong and am turning over a new leaf today. On the positive side, at least I lost rather than gained.
