Feb 1 - 159.6 - sodium bump up (5.2 lbs! one day )
Feb 2 - 160.5 - TOM, not drinking enough water, only 16 oz. yesterday
Feb 3 - 161.7 - ready for an OP day
Feb 4 - 158.2 - lose that bloat!

Feb 20 - 156.2 - staying positive, not long ago I'd be thrilled to be where I am, can't complain, even though I want to, ended up washing a muddy little dog instead of riding the exercise bike, he wasn't thrilled about it either

I, too, had a rough time hitting it hard this last week, ate healthy and exercised, but just could not kick it up, looking forward to next month, better weather, longer days, all kinds of stuff that'll contribute to our success.
Congrats to everyone who made goal and to those of us who are still working it even though we didn't make goal
