Well I am back from the weekend, and for the first time since Dec. I posted a little less than I did on that Friday. Woo Hoo!!! I really tried to be good this weekend. Still had a couple of beers, but just a couple and worked out hard on Sunday. Now, if I could just get the scale to keep going down...I am only at about half a pound loss for the month with all the ups and downs. Frustrating!:dizzy: 183 - Good luck with exams!!! Coming here and feeling accountable to others and watching other's progress is a true motivator. I am not lying when I say that there were a couple of times over the weekend where I thought..."oh, go ahead and have another"...but then I thought about how every Monday I am posting a gain. It really helped. Now if I could just keep myself in line for more than just one weekend. You guys/gals are such great support! Thank you! Turtle - You are almost there!!! What you are doing is going to work eventually....just hang in there. Curvy, Carma, MarliQQ - looking good - Pounds gone! Great!:D Joy - I see you are sticking to your commitment to check in daily. Is it too late to be in? I know I only have 12 days left in this month but I started today and I'd like the encouragement and challenge? On Optifast and walking 2-3 miles per day with Leslie Sansone's Power Walking Videos. I'm not one to get out.....maybe once I start losing and feeling more energetic.

CW: 257.8 GW: 255 So a .4 gain. It annoys me because I'm at the end of TOM and I know that's what this is. I shouldn't be complaining when before I would hold on to so much more than this, but it still annoys me!!!! GRRRRR. Gonna work out tonight to relieve some of this tension. |

starting weight 2/1/14 212.4
Feb 1st Stayed under calories but did eat my exercise calories. Feb 2nd Stayed under calories. Did not eat exercise calories. No food after 7pm. Feb 3rd Slightly over calories 1786. Did not eat after 7pm. Did have black decaf tea. But I did that and still lost today. Feb 4th: 211.0lbs. No food after 7pm, had white tea FEb 5: 209.2 no food after 7 pm. Had black tea. Feb 6: 208.2 no food after 7. Water only. Feb7: 208.0 ate food until 8pm but will be sleeping later so should get my 11 hr fast. Ate my exercise calories. We will see in the am what doing it did. Feb 8 207.2 ate until 8:30 but will sleep later again. Feb 9 207.2, No foods after 6pm and possibly shy on water. Feb 10: 207.6 exercise class night. Ate late. Won't have breakfast until 9am. Water up to date. Feb 11: 206.8 no food after 7 pm. Feb 12: 209.4 ugh please let it be TOM! Feb 13: ??? 206.4 weird maybe sodium Feb14: 208.4 ate after 7pm but will be sleeping later in am. Feb 15: 207.8. Will update last food later. Feb16: 207.8 Feb 17: 210. Was a total slug yesterday. |
Still going strong (which is totally unusual for me)! I was down 2.4lbs this week. As of Saturday I was 271.8
