I didn't reach my goal but I am quite happy with my year! I've lost about 33 pounds, 3 dress sizes, and so many inches. My goal for 2015 is to reach 150 which is a heslthy weight for my height.

I loss weight this year but it saddens me that I could be at my first goal had I not blown December. I knew better but just kept eating like it was ok. Now seeing the numbers that could have been make me just a little sad and mad. But hopefully it's a lesson learned and I won't sabotage myself again. Here's to a Great 2015 in all aspects of it.
