I am recommitting to my journey, after taking 6-8 weeks off. At least I was maintaining
My one year anniversary of weight loss is on the 28th; I have lost 25 pounds. I was hoping to be at goal by now, but the 25 pounds is still making me happy.
I am taking it slow; 1/2-1 pound per week. Some weeks I lose, some weeks I don't.
Now that I found my mojo, I expect to drop 5 pounds pretty quickly --as long as my body starts co-operating; I have been OP for a week and I have gained a pound . I am due a nice whoosh any day now.
Sounds like March was a bump in the road for us all! Well I too am re-commiting. I truly would like to see at least 6 lbs off in April to try and stick with my yearly goal!
I guess my official weigh in will be next Friday, but I am absolutely floored that I am already down over 5 pounds this month. That is really atypical of me, but I hope I can keep it up!
Hello every one, I love this kind of tracking, because my goals look more doable. I will join even if it late, just let me know if it’s OK. I have some WI from January and March so I can add those.
My goal for the year is to lose 1 pound a week, I am starting my marathon training, after been away from running from one year, so I think is possible.
I would love to lose enough to be at my pre-pregnancy weight again. I lost the weight after having my daughter almost 4 yrs ago but gained it back. So, My goal would be 173 which would be a 37 lb loss.....yikes, before doing the math I thought it was much less than that, lol!
I am hoping to lose 40 lbs this year. That is 3.33 lbs a month. I'm joining this challenge on 2/26 at 216.8. The year started at 231 and the goal for 12/31 is 191.

3/3 = 216.7

Sigh.. I am at the same weight that I started the month at and now I have a fire burning inside of me. I cannot wait till my woosh week. I hope it starts SOON as March 31st is Monday - 2 days! YIKES
April will be the month. I only lost 1 lb in March.. 1 POUND that is all Booooooooo... I am running 7.5 lbs behind already for the year... Not good! But will get better!!!
day 1, weighed myself and I'm 202.8...would like to get down to 150. I lose weight pretty quickly when I put in the effort!!! but I gain it pretty quick too! =)
