My health/fitness goals for 2014:
1. Lose the last 15 pounds or so
2. Try to lose the ab-flab...I don't need a 6-pack, but this is where I hold most of my fat, so I think if I get the 15 pounds off, my abs will naturally flatten a little!
3. Gym 5-6 days a week without fail (not only for health, but mental health, it really curbs the depression/anxiety)
4. Sculpt my legs and arms...through weight training and yoga
Other goals are to cut down on spending, save for a down payment, find new ways to make healthier meals and spend more time cuddling my pets and my bf
