So the weight loss is feeling a little glacial right now but I can still cut some things out. I've been good about using my loseit app and tracking. I'm also staying with my exercise plan. The older I get, the longer it takes to lose. Grrr....

1/1/14: 162
1/3/14: 160
1/10/14: 159

Have a good week everyone. Hope it rains today before California dries up and blows away.

Day one for me was perfect. Just gotta keep it going.
I only saw that a few days ago, I didn't know it was posted there myself. I can understand why it would cause confusion.

Never too late, shanhat81! You can join in at anytime.

How would people feel about a spreadsheet to keep track of their weigh in's?

I think a spreadsheet would be neat. but only if it's not too much trouble!

Why on earth someone would copy a thread instead of just joining it. I don't get it

They wanted it in the 100lb forum, I guess members stick to their own subgroups. But it's not a problem with me anyways.

As long as I don't have to actually touch the spreadsheet, I dig it.

(This is half joking. I just spent 10 weeks mired in Excel and formulas and things not formatting and converting. I am burned out on Excel!)

Link to the new spreadsheet above! I thought you guys would like the idea so I went ahead earlier and started putting it together. And to save you all the trouble, I’ve gone back to the start and entered in people’s weigh in’s! The usernames are in alphabetically order. (If I did happen to miss your name, just pop it in at the end and I will come back in and update the list). You can double check I entered in the correct numbers, wouldn’t want people gaining when they didn’t!

Since it’s only started now, I’ll continue to add it to each weekly weigh in reminder so everyone will become aware that it is there.

I will also use this same spreadsheet for the rest of the challenges. We will be able to keep track of our weigh in’s all year that way. I will allow access to Challenge 2 closer to the starting date.

It is very basic for now but I’ll add in extra columns for goals and such for Challenge 2.

Not too familiar with Google docs but I hope it works and you guys can edit it! I think I switched it to the right settings, let me know if I didn’t.

It was also great to see a lot of people joined up, I didn’t realise we had so many!

shanhat81, all you have to do will be enter in your weigh from next Friday (or your weigh in day). No worries! I used spreadsheets so much during my 4 years in college and I use it everyday in work, and I'm still not 100% on it. On Challenge 2, I'll have formulas, but you won't have to do anything with them, I'll be updating them.
