  • I'm back

    I haven't been totally off the wagon but I have not posted in a while. Been super busy but I am committing to posting here again. I have been keeping my weight around 222--225 but now it's time to get out of the 220s!

    Today starts day 1 and I will be following Weight Watchers.
  • Weighed this morning and I'm 223.8. I am going to work hard to get out of the 2s by the end of summer. Eating was okay yesterday and today should be okay too.

    The plan:
    B: hashbrowns, banana, coffee
    L: SmartOne, YoCrunch yogurt
    S: 6 small ginger cookies, orange
    D: TBD
    Exercise: Firm DVD
  • Still going strong. The scale has dropped to 222. Hoping to reach 219 by the end of April.
  • Back on the wagon for 3 days now. Hope to keep it going because I feel so much better when I'm eating right and exercising.
  • I'm back on the wagon and going strong. I'm enjoying following the Weight Watchers plan this time. I have been OP with eating and exercise for over a week now and I'm so excited.
