Do you weigh the same time everyday? I am in a routine currently where I weigh at a certain time a day, and always the second I get outta the shower. It still is a horrible feeling to go from excitement over losing, to heartbreak not to see the same number the next day. How was your salt intake?

Speaking of water, Tuscany I meant to tell you I bought some Mio. The store didn't have the lemonade, so I got strawberry watermelon and it's wonderful! Thanks for the suggestion! It makes drinking more water so much easier!

Well, i wrote a post yesterday and thought that I submitted it but it looks like it vanished into the depth of the internet... (or I didn't actually hit submit!?). And I didn't weigh this morning but at least i'll catch up with yesterday and resolve to have a good weekend starting out with a 10K run tonight after work!

I totally had a crazy week. No time at all! And I had about 14 kilos of salt tonight so I'm not going to weigh myself in the morning. But I've been pretty stable. I'm 3.1 lbs away from goal. But I think I can shed that in 2 weeks if I'm careful and disciplined. Maybe I can make it to 150 for Christmas!!
yesterday's mystery weight left woohoo. I ended up not running yesterday, because it was dark already when I was home at 4PM. Today is my sister and I's annual Christmas cookie baking action. I've been excited about this since about June. I won't be counting today.
