oatingmommy Good luck with the family thanksgiving thing!!!! My advice is to pick one treat you love above all else and indulge in a reasonable bit of that and focus on veggies and protein for the rest.

Jacqui as it is the scale I will be using from here on out, in my eyes it is the accurate one! I'm glad that the batt fixed the problem with your scale!

gardener woot! maybe you will even see a new low tomorrow if the current low stuck with eating out

mainecyn congrats on 12 days binge free!!!! my will power is fairly weak so i feel you with worrying about a celebration! I find do best when I plan ahead what I will and will not eat and how much. Maybe try that out?

Feeling inspired by people reaching new ever lows this month ! Well done Rhiko, learningtolive and others!!

Well, things have not gone to plan (four drinks instead of three, but hey better than five!?, a pizza and shared cheese plate later) - my head is shouting 'go on enjoy yourself, you're on holiday'. Am completely resolved to stick to my stoopen and healthy lunch goals tomorrow.

I feel that I had a very good week this week. I was hoping to lose a bit more but I am pretty sure I have gained some muscle this week. I finished Week 1(6 days) of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. It was hard but fun at the same time. I hope that next week is a good number too. Today was my 11th wedding anniversary so my hubby and I will celebrate Sunday with dinner and a movie probably. Tomorrow is cheat/rest day AND I am going to see P!nk! I will behave and eat better but I will add some water weight I am sure

it's really cold over here, and my bottom jaw turned yellow yesterday I fought it with a lot of make-up and a scarf. Nobody would have noticed if I wasn't that much of an over-sharer
I'm not in pain though, so there is nothing standing between me and studying today unfortunately.

Jacqui_D I think your scale was trying to make you happy with showing a low number -- you should let it But I'm positive you'll get there soon anyways well done on the drop anyways.

pnkrckpixikat yay, new scale!! Sorry to hear they are not showing the same weight. I was wondering -- is there a way to be 100% sure that the scale is right? I feel like they're all a little off, one way or the other. Congrats on the loss though!

boatingmommy enjoy your pre-thanksgiving! Like the other said, just fill up on the healthy options. And if you want something outside your plan, you should have a controlled portion of it, afterall you're there to enjoy yourself Hope you have a good time.

Not stepping on the scale this morning because had a great deal of sodium last night and don't want plain ole water weight give me fake results that will go down after drinking a couple glasses of water.

I still didn't binge last bite. I did use my exercise ball this morning for awhile doing stretches for my back and hips. Having surgery on the 13th and the stretches help releve some of the pain from the bulging discs in back. Ive also found if I lay across it on my back and roll I can feel it helping tighten my legs and saggy butt using those muscles. Lol.
