Sara! You're doing it right! As we go along, you can keep updating your weight loss progress on the first post that you just made by editing it each time, or you can do as most of us do and create new post(s) each day to update your progress. You'll see, we're a chatty group, lol!
By creating new posts, we can easily keep up with each other's progress and support each other along the way. If you just edit your first post, we might miss your updates. Do what feels comfortable for you though! Good luck!
