Try losing 65 in a matter of 3 months . I love being a smaller size but losing too quickly is not healthy for anyone just make sure you do it healthy. I lost mine due to stress and lack of appetite. Don't get me wrong I'm glad to have the weight off because being a size 18 (squeazing into) is also not healthy for most people. Of course I was healthy at that size but am not now at a size 10 go figure. Anyway whatever is healthy for you is what i'm trying to say losing fast is self gratifying but not always best. Velinamartinez - Thank you for the advice. Although our thread catches the eye at "Lose 10 lbs", the majority of us posted goals for the month of a pound or two a week. I think we are a pretty healthy minded group, for the most part, and are encouraging healthy lifestyle changes, not quick weight loss. None of us wants to be unhealthy and skinny...but thank you for watching out for us. Everyone have a great day!!! Weather changed here in the midwest...I have to go and raid the closet for some warmer clothing. I'm excited to see what fits! |

I am liking this weight better .8 away from lowest! 10/4 have no idea.. scale was WAKKADOODLE! 10/5 254 wish the scale was still Wakkadoodle (+.4 total) wwwaaaaaaa 10/8 256.8 Yep...
