I'm so disappointed that I haven't been able to start this challenge yet as I injured my back last week. However, I see positive signs of getting better and perhaps I can start some light walking moving forward.
Well I have finally got going on my October miles. I may have overdone it a little today.
10/4 ... 4.1 miles -treadmill
10/6 ... 7.1 miles @ the Lake, run/walk combo.
Noelle - I have a "fitbit" they're kinda on the pricey side, I have an older model thats not available anymore and LOVE it. It helps that a few of my friends have them as well. So we can get slightly competitive. I just like that it autosynchs alto uploads and sends me e-mails too. Just have to charge it once a week and leave the synch thing connected to my computer and then I can view my stats when I want to.
