I'm new here and would love to join in so that I stay motivated. I've been following this routine for 2 weeks now and want to continue, so these are my goals for October.
Walk during my AM & PM break at work
30 minute circuit - 3x week
Treadmill - 5x week
Visit the gym on Saturdays
October:
01: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.53 miles on treadmill
02: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.35 miles on treadmill, 30 minute circuit done
