Turtle, you're getting seriously close to your next mini goal !

Yesterday’s turkey dinner resulted in another ½ lb gain, so I’m now all the way back to where I started at the beginning of October, even though my only cheat was yesterday’s turkey dinner. Hopefully, the back half of the month will be better than the front half.

yesterday's calories: 1800 yesterday's exercise: -- today's weigh-in: 80.6kg (177.6lbs) change: +1.0kg (+2.1lbs) good morning everyone, I'm still sick :( boohoo ;) also, I'm pretty sure my scale is messed up, because I still have those 2lbs fluctuations, even though the scale is on Level ground and I put in new batteries. I'm crosschecking with my parents' manual one, and it shows a downward trend so I'm fine with it. have a good day! |

Catching up with my posting my progress this morning! Two Turkey dinners on the thanksgiving weekend and the associated celebration have bumped me back up to the 150's, but I'm feeling good about it because 6 months ago, I would have done twice as much "damage" and would have been slow to get back on plan. Thanks everyone for the encouragement here, it is a really big part of staying motivated!

Hi everyone! This weekend I didnt choose my meal wisely. First off Myfamily and I went to a buffet for lunch I did choose healthy dishes and no bread or soda at all but I did have 3 plates yikes! That same night I had 4 beers at a get together and to top it off I had 3 slices of Pizza on Sunday. I felt horrible on Sunday night and was scares to get on the scale on Monday morning, so I decided I would work super hard during my zumba class monday and would weigh myself on tuesday morning. I was actually impressed to see that despite my bad choices I still lost one pound from last thursday.

Hello everyone,
Day 2 of being completely on plan! This past weekend was terrible. I ate so much junk food because it was my Dad's 70th birthday party. And guess what, it shows on the scale. 147.4 lbs yesterday morning + today. Ugh :( I'm gonna take it one pound at a time, what matters is that I've changed my mindset and I was able to eat healthily these past 2 days. I will follow up with exercise as well once I feel ready for it. ---- Turtle11 and Jacqui D - Thanks so much for the kind words and well wishes  Tuscany - Thank you  I see that you're trying to get out of the 140s as well - ugh, I hate them so much!! :tantrum: |

Hoopty: Good for you, getting right back on plan. I’ve been in the 140’s since the end of August…it’s taking forever to get into the 130’s!
