26/09 : 144.8 lbs
27/09 : 143.4 lbs -- A new, new low! At this weight, my BMI is exactly 25, so I am standing on the precipice of normal weightdom.

I am doing better today, NewLeaf , although I am soooo tired.

fairandfree, NewLeaf : My evil cat was cool last night until 5:30 AM. Then he reminded me insistently that I am his personal valet.

I do not want to reward him; my sleep is so precious.

Looking forward hearing stories about his lost long triplets. ;-)

tuscany, shedding a 1/4 pound is HUGE!!

Matisse, congrats on the new low! And thanks for noticing I'm a pound away!! Trying not to let it go to my head... That's when I derail.

driven, you will get there. Not gaining is a WIN in my book.

DC (dear cat) woke me up by purring in my ear, but for some reason, gently shooing him off the bed did the trick. But when the alarm sounded, he was all over me incessantly. At least I don't oversleep that way...

I couldn't get my eating under control Scale stayed the same but I feel bloated and yucky. Let's hope for a better day today.

It could happen. There was a 2 % challenge in late August that went on very long (several weeks). Many of us were above our starting weight for most of the challenge, then two of us whooshed to victory.
