Thanks Stay Puft. I hope I keep it. It was a great drop from yesterday, but yesterdays weight had been pretty much hanging around for days so maybe I will hang on to this.

Another drop for me. It's strange how I will go for days with the scale not moving much then BAM the numbers start falling. I weigh in several more times to make sure and sometimes pick it up, look under it and wonder if it's playing a joke on me.... Sometimes it seems so unreal. 247.. I think I'm dreaming.

I'll bounce around number wise for a few days then bam a weight loss. Been bouncing for 3 days now. Looking back the last 2 Fridays have been good to me so I'm crossing my fingers for tomorrow. |
