SuperHeroTeacher I love this challenge. I was never ever able to keep up with the 5 pound challenges, so I gave up on them. Plus these are nice and short, like little mini goals.

I broke down and had more salty stuff as a snack last night and scale is up a bit more. I had a whole packet of smoked salmon with creamcheese and crackers as an evening snack. Not over did it put me over my calories but the amount of salt I ate.....#FeelingEmbarrassed

cheeriloos I love cheesecake and we may have it for our 30th Aniversary on the 9th of Sept.. gotta celebrate that 30 years LOL
Another month almost over. On the daily weigh-in thread I set a goal for 10 lbs this month and for a bit there I was worried I wouldn't make my goal.. But I've hit it so far losing 10.6 for the month. I may even have 11 or 12 lost for the month before it's over but just to hit my goal is good for me..
