My weight last week was 251.

Not looking good
But I had a weird week this past week. On Monday, the day after weigh in I got very hyper starting about 9:am and it lasted almost all day. Super excess energy. And a tremendous thirst. And it was hot, which really bothered me. I drank water after water after water after water, all day long then on the way home and at home. Just could not satisfy my thirst for more than about 20 minutes at a time.
And I got hungry and ate way over my regular diet amount, and have been all week, but still under maintenence amount. My maintenance calories are supposed to be like 2900 and I have kept it under 1200 for a few months, but this past week I have had to eat about 1600 to not be hungry.
On Tuesday morning after weighing in Sunday for my weigh in of 251, my weight was 258 and a few oz. Picked up 7 lbs water weight and that has been all week coming back down. That hyperness only lasted that one day along with the insatiable thirst. I am going to mention this to my doctor next visit, or if it happens again I will make an appt to find out what gives.

Toodles, sounds like you have been building muscle, and trading fat for muscle is an excellent thing. You keep up that running and you will suddenly have a big fast weight loss and really tone up
