Default Question about 30 Day Challenges

Hi, I'm currently in the middle of a 30 day squat, ab and push up challenge (on day 10 right now) and while it was pretty difficult in the beginning, it's become really tough now. For example, today's target was 8 push ups, 105 squats, 50 sit ups, 50 crunches, 50 leg raises and 38 seconds plank. While I'm managing almost everything, I find the sit ups really difficult (by which I mean almost impossible) to do in one go.

My question is, all these 30 day challenges have a certain number of exercises you have to do, but none specify if these can be broken up into different sets or have to be done all together. I'm more than happy to split the sit ups into two or three sets, but I want to make sure it doesn't end up being ineffective.

Has anyone done these challenges and knows which way I should do it in order to be the most effective? Any input would help.

Thanks in advance

when I did the 30 day squat challenge I broke it up into sets, and once the numbers got to about 120 i did 60 in the morning and 60 at night just because it was taking a fair amount of time
