Out of curiosity why am I still yellow? Aren't I supposed to be blue?

You were blue but I must have not updated it on the other list I've been keeping. I have a Note up on my computer that I've been adjusting everyones' records as I go but I wasn't sure if the code for Blue was really Blue so I didn't update that list. Then when I updated some other mileage I just copied and pasted the wrong one. It's been adjusted now...on both lists!

3.19 for today for me, total 26.27. I am aiming for a double as well, changed my ticker to reflect that goal :)

Lovelyleah - thanks for the websites! I am not new to walking :) We have a circle driveway that I use as a track a lot, and we have a huge lake here with a 2 mile track around it, and another park where I enjoy walking. I just needed to get going again after slacking for a few months. This has given me the motivation!

I walked 3.39 miles in the driveway last night...so a total of 5.39 now.

Pixi That's awesome! I put you as green since right now you are pretty much at goal for this group. Once you're out of 26 I'll turn you to blue, though knowing you that might be tonight! ;)

I went camping up in New York this past weekend and logged 10 Miles of hiking!!! :D I am now at 33miles! :D

Busy week. Not getting much in. I did walk a lot Saturday, but it was more of a stroll (shopping) than walking for exercise. Not sure how far it was either.

8/1: none
8/2: 2.3 mi walk
8/3-4: none
8/5: 2.24 mi on elliptical
8/6: 1 mi walk, 2.22 mi elliptical
8/7: 1 mi walk
8/7: None
8/9: 1 mi walk outside, 1.71 mi treadmill walk, 2.29 elliptical
8/10-12: None
8/13: 1 mi walk

14.76 miles completed/11.44 miles remaining

This sounds like a great idea! I'd be joining a little late but I think I can still do it. I've had a leg/foot injury that has kept me on the couch for almost three weeks :mad:, but it's now almost healed and I'm more than ready to get back into running. :dizzy: Hopefully this will be my motivation to find time to lace up my shoes tomorrow!
