Hi all! I've been away from this site for a while but need to start some challenges again. I'm weeks away from a complete year since my daughter was born. Before I was pregnant I was 208lbs working on getting to my goal of 160 (was up to 250). The day I gave birth I was 270 lbs. I was down to 220 but weighed myself today and was up to 226! So I join you all to get myself back on the road to my goal weight!
Did pilates for the first time in a LOOONG time today. I did a 10 minute workout in the morning & again just now. OMG I can feel it in my tummy! But I like pilates & wonder (for the millionth time) why I stop doing it... ugh!
SIGH... I have been 254 up and down since 6/29 3 weeks .. I think that this is an official plateau... I have been 90% good on plan.. so somethings up.. maybe its just JULY! Yep blame it on the month!
Just got done doing my second 10 minute set of pilates today. I had way too much dessert after dinner. We had people over and they brought cookies & well, I love cookies! I just have to make sure I make good choices for my meals tomorrow... although we are going to a food truck rally for dinner... maybe I need to do some zumba along with my pilates!
