Meh - I managed to lose about half a pound on the last challenge. Might have been that family party I went to on Saturday. I did miss lunch to make up, but I managed to put away a pizza (although a thin and crispy one), a couple of glasses of wine and some chocolate cake - only a small slice, but it was obviously enough to make a difference. I did count all the calories though - every single one - I even weighed the cake - and it was no higher than maintenance.

Been really good since then, but the scale is being stubborn.

So close!! I have no idea how that happened...I've had cheat days, haven't been exercising as much....all I can think id that when I was only eating 1500 calories a day and doing an hour cardio a day, plus weights and not losing my body was going into starvation mode or something. Any insights?

But I am thrilled for the rest of you!!! ASHLEY... you have rang that bell and took control of that scale..... I sure hope you are not starving yourself... What ever tho is happening,.. Well I would take it and run as long as you are healthy!!

I am asking for a better scale day tomorrow!!!
