Here is part 2 of the 4month summer challenge. I really need to keep motivated so I can loose as much as I can before my wedding next year.
I have gained all my weight back and still trying to get down past 280.... I am afraid that my weight gain has caused some really bad health problems... I really need to start taking better care of myself....
In this challenge I plan on eating and making better healthy choices...
I don't want to be all about the scale so I would like to see and hear about the small and big non scale victories.
Post what your current weight and your goal weight you want to be 4months from now.. remember that it don't matter if you want to loose 5,10,15, or 20+ pounds in this challenge or just want to stay accountable and or maintain your weight everyone is welcome. you can join whenever. There is no deadline to join...
I love to hear others stories and victories... I also get motivation from those who are trying and are giving up no matter what the scale says....
