  • Here is part 2 of the 4month summer challenge. I really need to keep motivated so I can loose as much as I can before my wedding next year.

    I have gained all my weight back and still trying to get down past 280.... I am afraid that my weight gain has caused some really bad health problems... I really need to start taking better care of myself....

    In this challenge I plan on eating and making better healthy choices...

    I don't want to be all about the scale so I would like to see and hear about the small and big non scale victories.


    Post what your current weight and your goal weight you want to be 4months from now.. remember that it don't matter if you want to loose 5,10,15, or 20+ pounds in this challenge or just want to stay accountable and or maintain your weight everyone is welcome. you can join whenever. There is no deadline to join...

    I love to hear others stories and victories... I also get motivation from those who are trying and are giving up no matter what the scale says....

  • Last day of part 1 of this challenge and I didn't do like I hoped but going to change somethings and hopefully I will have more than a 1.2lb loss :-)

    Monday starts the part 2 of the challenge who is ready?? I am!!!

    How is everyone enjoying summer? I wish I had a swimming pool cause I could stay in one all day lol.....

  • want to try making my own cornmeal one day... says online you make it from dry corn or popcorn hmmmm? Has anyone ever made any or you just buy the bag of cornmeal at the store?

    NO I haven't. I was hoping someone would reply so I could find out the answer myself.....might just have to google it (?).

    I sure hope I do better at this one than the last (the last one I lost at first, then gained due to choosing to eat extremely poor and not work out. I used moving, living in a camper for part of the time, changing jobs, husband going through cancer treatment for the 2nd time, etc. as excuses. Now I'm ready for no more excuses!! Just glad I didn't gain it all back!!)
