  • Back to re-starting my diet, as in the past six month gained a lot of the weight I had lost My objective for this month is 5 kilos (11 pounds).

    Starting weight is 102.8 kilos. Objective is 97.8 kilos.

    It's kind of funny to see my weight loss goal for a month being lower than what a lot of you ladies are losing in a week. I lose sooooo slow. It gets pretty frustrating sometimes, but I try to keep positive & just remember that movement down on the scale is my real goal.

  • I'm in. March for me was crazy, and only lost 5 lbs the first two weeks, and then nothing from that point! Hoping to lose 8 lbs in April.

    Well, I was close. The last week has been rough. There's been a huge weather change (it was in the 70s and beautiful yesterday, and now it's SNOWING AGAIN WTF WHY DO I LIVE HERE ITS MAY 1ST). I've been running a lot lately, which usually makes me gain a tiny bit of weight/stay the same. But I know that the weight will start to come off again soon. I'm still feeling great, but only a tiny tinge of disappointment.... Oh well, keep on truckin
