HEY CAMPERS!
I hope everyone had a great week! New opportunities await! Keep your eyes on the prize.
Dangerous:
Congrats on your loss this week.
You continue to inspire me with your outdoor projects!.
Jez:
Congrats on your loss this week
100MOTHER:
I like the dancing carrot!
CANDACE:
I don't know much about P90X, but I know a lot of people like Zumba. I saw Billy Banks Jr. on a TV show recently showing some of his dance workouts. It looked like fun and at least the example they showed seemed to be on the low impact side.
Since you like to dance, some dance dvd's could be a periodic exercise option. Got to have some fun with our workouts. The one important thing is to take care to NOT injure yourself.

Hello ladies-
Congrats on the loses yall! Every little bit adds up! Thats what i keep telling myself too! I got my fire pit painted and took a pic but for some reason its not wanting to load to show yall but ill keep trying. Also got alot of the underbrush and vines cut out and burned, its looking so niceand im happy with the way its turning out. My flowerbeds and bushes are all geowing and blooming nicely too. My food today has been all good short of a couple slices of homemade pumpkin bread but at least ive been eating lots of fruits and veggies otherwise. Got a huge salad chopped up with 4 different lettuces, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, strawberries, chives and dill to have for the next few days and making grilled chicken to have with it tonight.
Munchey- i just love being outside in the sunshine and ive always got some ideas rolling around in my head lol.
To the lady that asked what a burnpit is (its kinda hard to scroll back with a phone for me to look back sorry) ive put a couple pix up on this thread showing the finished project. We always like sitting out in the evenings with a little fire so wanted to make something more contained for those times.
Well didnt have a T.O.M. last month but it showed up for me today, yeehaa!

Hey everyone!
So today I wanted to share this small achievement with you all. I set a goal to drink at least 4-5 cups of water a day and today I just did that. I have been drinking water all day! Only had one sugary drink...I'm so proud of myself right now that I had to share this with you all (:

@JazzyPeggy
Do you find that sparpeople is better than myfitnesspal??
Which would you recommend?
[ B]@Munchey[/B]
You are not even going to believe my luck!!!
I was walking at work yesterday, and after fighting with the gardener not to spray the leaves away with water and to rather sweep them he just contimued spraying them....so as I walked away i slipped and fell on my left knee...now 150KG coming down on one knee is NOT taken lightly by said knee....
BUT my spirt is not dampened...I will still eat healthy and so somekind of low impact workout...I will check out the one you mentioned...THANX!!
Breakfast: Pronutro (344 Cals according to myfitnesspal)
Snack: Coffe, milk, no sugar (38 Cals according to myfitnesspal)
Lunch: Chicken fillet with blue cheese wrapped in pasnchetta with a side salad (309cal according to myfitnesspal)
Dinner: 2 Grilled fish fillets, stir fry veg, salad and 1 medium boiled potato (826cals according to myfitnesspal including my 2 coffees)

Meenaa Welcome!
Dangerous So, when is the party after you get all that done!? Sounds so awesome!
Pknmstrshay You go girl! That is NOT easy! You should be proud
Candace Oh NO! I am so sorry. Hope you recover quickly. Yesterday I tripped over my own feet and scraped my knee, but luckily it wasn't much of an impact. Way to stay motivated.

Not feeling so hot today. Scale doesn't want to move, well it does want to move just not in the direction I want. The lowest I achieved this weekend was 248.6, but it bounced back up to 250 over the last two days. I think it frustrates me most becaus I've been working so hard and I'm tired. But, instead of getting frustrated and binging, I'm going to stay on plan w/eating, and then tomorrow take a day off from the gym (I haven't had one in 8 days).
YESTERDAY'S RECAP
Caloric Goal: 1300-1500 Calories
Breakfast - Granola Bar (140 Calories), Coffee (100 Calories)
Lunch - Salad (150 Calories), Banana (100 calories), Graham Crackers (120 Calories)
Snack - Cany Bar (220)
Dinner - Chicken Salad with lot of veggies & Poppyseed dressing (350 Calories), 4 Crescent Rolls (400)
TOTAL: 1580 [80cals over, but still claiming it as a victory.]
Exercise - 15 Minutes Weights, 10 Minutes Elliptical
TODAY'S PLAN:Caloric Goal: 1500-1700 Calories
Breakfast: Starbucks Spinach Wrap (390 Cals), Grande Skinny Caramel Machiatto (160 Cals)
Snack: Graham Crackers (120 Cals)
Lunch: Salad (300 Cals)
Snack: Jamba Juice (300 Cals)
Dinner: Hamburger w/out a bun, w/sweet potato & onions, and asparagus (400)
Exercise: 30 Min Spin Class
I hope everyone has a great day!

BEFORE
AFTER:
HEY CAMPERS!
LET'S KEEP MOVING! WE CAN DO THIS!
I plan to do some circuit exercises today - mixed in with my reflex boxing station. I'm going to, also, exercise with one of my many DVD's (aren't doing any good sitting on a shelf, lol). I hope to make a trip to the park for a walk. There is a threat of some rain today, but sometimes I like to walk in the rain (if it isn't too heavy).
I'm going to buy some smaller free weights this week. I used to work out regularly, in my slim days. The free weights are too heavy for me at this stage. I'm sure I can get some use out of them for the long run, I may use some serving sized plastic water containers until I make the purchase.
Dangerous:
You are really going to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Good looking flower beds, a fire in the evening. . . Sounds wonderful.
Do you plant a vegetable garden?
PKMNMSTRSHAY:
Good job on the water! Small victories lead to the prize!
100MOTHER:
Hope you are feeling better. I'd like to offer you a challenge - don't weigh again until Sunday morning (before eating). I tested the daily weighing thing recently and it verified that I definitely don't want to witness the scale jumping back and forth during the week. With me, I hit a day toward the end of the week when the scale will move down and stay down. I don't want the frustration of claiming a fluctuation pound unless I own it.
CANDACE:
Sorry about your fall and knee injury - that sucks. I hope it is minor and that some ice and anti-inflamatory resolves it soon. Did you see a doctor?
I've fallen (and almost fallen) on by rear multiple times over the years. One time I broke both my left ankle and a small bone in my right foot at the same time. I've learned to be more cautious of my footwear. When I broke my ankle, I had on some very minimal sandals with a band that went over the top of the foot (served to aid in twisting my ankle in a very bad way when I stepped into an uneven grass area). Then, there are the flip flop/thongs sandals with the super smooth soles (I've fallen or almost fallen with them many times). Anyway, I've learned my lesson. I tend to look at the soles for tread and the twist factor when I buy casual sandals now. I just bought some great sandals online that have tread on them similar to athletic shoes. They are great outdoors and give me some traction.

Munchey Thanks for the encouragement! I've been thinking about that. I have to weigh in tomorrow or thursday frot he challenge I'm doing. But I think after that I'm going to take a week off from weighing and see how it goes. Sometimes its a blessing, sometimes its a curse, ya know?
Sounds like you have an AWESOME plan for the day! Hope you have some great workouts.

@100Mother
Thank you so much!
I must say my knee is not as sore as it was yesterday....I was literally on the verge of crying.
Seems like we all need to be a little more careful.
@Munchey
Yup, they were the flip flop thong type sandals that are super slippery at the bottom... Like I said to 100Mother...My knee is feeling better today...much better that yesterday...so I dont think it should be too long till I will be able to do my dvds.
Your workout plan sounds fantastic!!!

Hi everyone! I just had a quick question. I'm feeling a bit under the weather but still want to workout, any suggestions? Do you think I should keep it low impact?

Lunch: Same as yesterday for the chicken just with 2 boiled eggs (569 cals according to MFP)
Snack: 1 Banana (100cals according to myfitnesspal)
Snack: 3 cups coffee milk, no sugar (114 Cals according to myfitnesspal)
Dinner: Cheese sausage, 2 slices toast, 2 fried eggs ( #))CAl according to myfitnesspal...not too sure about that)
