I'm so in. I've taken a couple of months off for a much needed break from obsessing about my diet. Thankfully I've pretty much maintained! I am up a pound or so from where I left off, so I consider that a success!
I'm a horribly slow loser, so my goal for the month of February is to lose 4 pounds, which is huge for me, but I think I can do it.
To answer the earlier question, as often as you want.. Whenever you weigh-in for the week is usually a good time. Sometimes I peak at my scale before my weigh in and if I am down I update.
Didn't make my goal of 10 last month. Hit 6 by day 18 and thought I am going to make it, but stalled since then. So my goal is 6 lbs this month

I may well fail as I am a PCOS lady - but I will work hard to try to make it happen.
